Spinetail Media Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘SMPL’) built the Domino Roulette application as an ad-supported app. This Service is provided by Spinetail Media Pvt. Ltd. at no cost, except for in-app purchases and ad monetization (the data collection of which is not governed or controlled by SMPL) and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors/users regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our application.

This policy is to inform you and ask for your consent for our partners Game Analytics, Unity, Google Play Console, Google Adsense & Admob, and Voodoo to Collect Personal Data to better our services and for direct marketing and other mobile advertising purposes.

If you choose to use our application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

I. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE:

SMPL does not collect any personally identifiable user data, for a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, to our partners. The information that we request will be retained by our third-party partners and used as described in this privacy policy. SMPL by itself does not collect any personal data but only uses metadata/analytical data and revenue data as provided by Game Analytics, Google Play Console, and Unity Analytics to improve its application, which does not include any personally identifiable data. SMPL has no personally identifiable data.

The Third-Party partners of SMPL collect data, which includes personal data. Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. Different pieces of information, which are collected together can lead to the identification of a particular person, and also constitute personal data. Personal data that has been de-identified, encrypted, or pseudonymized but can be used to re-identify a person remains personal data and falls within the scope of the law and is covered under this privacy policy.

The use of our application also extends as consent to the privacy policy of the third-party partners of SMLP, the link to their privacy policies is also referred to hereinafter.

Unity collects the following data:

  1. Device Information: including various unique identifiers, such as IDFA, Android Ad ID, IDFV, and MAC address, when, for example:
  2. Location information: Unity’s systems (like most used on the web) automatically collect an IP address when Users access the Service. IP addresses can be used to learn about the general location (e.g. city, state, and country) of the User’s point of access to the web.

    We collect Geographical data such as zip code, area code, and approximate location;

    We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). III. DATA DELETION REQUESTS:

As a user, you can request deletion of data. As SMPL does not itself collect any personally identifiable data, data deletion is entirely at the end of the third-party partners.     1. You can access the data collected about your device on a per-app basis by clicking or tapping the “ℹ” button or the Data Privacy icon on the ad unit. By scrolling through the disclosure, you will either see a dynamically populated paragraph of plain text showing you the data related to your device from that app or you will see an option to click/tap a link within the text to see the data display. If you object to Unity maintaining this data or collecting future app-usage data, you may elect to opt out of further collection and request deletion of historical data. Please note that IP addresses may be maintained in logs for the security of the Unity system for both Ads, Unity Analytics, and deltaDNA services running on your device and may continue to be collected.

    1. Voodoo does not collect any of your data and only provides an SDK package to retrieve the data collected by the above-mentioned partners. You can still contact them to request the deletion of their access to the partners’ interfaces.

This Service may contain links to other sites, including for In-app purchases. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

V. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We or our third-party partners do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided SMPL or its third-party partners with personal information, please contact us as per subhead III of the privacy policy so that the necessary actions can be taken.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
